Meet the Girl Scout S’mores!
In celebration of 100 years of Girl Scouts selling cookies, a new cookie has been added to the 2017 lineup. Meet the Girl Scout S’more. It’s dipped once, no twice in a yummy crème icing and covered in a chocolatey coating- introducing the Girl Scout S’mores cookie! This specialty cookie will be available for the 2017 cookie sale, and will cost $4.00 to purchase.

Horizon Cookie Booth Information
Thank you for everyone who participated in the Cookie Booth Lottery on December 14th! It seems that for our SU doing at least 6 booths per troop in person works best. As we had difficulties last year in managing the Google Doc with troops writing over each other, we have decided to give the ABC Smart Cookie Booth section a try.
Why are we trying this? So that TCM’s can select booths when it is convenient for them, and to make it a level playing field for all troops.
Who will be able to select booths for the troop? It will be the TCM and Alternate Contact in Smart Cookies.
How will this work? Over the next several days we will be uploading all the open booths to Smart Cookie. After January 4th we will add all booths that have been assigned to a troop.
When can troops select additional booths and how many? On January 3rd at 10 a.m. EST the HSU booths will open for each troop to select up to 4 additional booths. This is the same as the GSEP First Come First Served booth selection. Then on January 10th at 10 a.m. EST all remaining booths will be open to all troops.
How will the TCMs be notified if a booth becomes open? At this point Smart Cookie does not have the ability to notify the Cookie Booth Manager. So we are asking you to email Lauren Short at horizon648.cookieboothmgr@gmail.com when you are releasing a booth. Lauren or Tiffany will post to the HSU Cookie Facebook Page!
What if the HSU gets new booth locations? We will email all TCM/Leaders and let them know the details about the booth and when it will be in Smart Cookie.
On January 2nd all TCM and Leaders will receive a step-by-step guide on how to select booths, see what booths your troop has already selected, how to release a booth and other general Q & A. If anyone has any questions contact Lauren Short at 484-614-7034 or email horizon648.cookieboothmgr@gmail.com
